At Exclusive Shears, we are committed to providing you with exceptional service and quality products at affordable prices. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order you will be notified within 2 business days to arrange an alternative item, backorder or a full refund.

Product Pricing & Information
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) of 10%. International buyers are responsible for any import taxes, duties and charges that maybe incurred. Product prices are regularly updated when and as changes are made by our suppliers. All material on this website is subject to change without notice. For any questions relating to products, pricing or other matters please contact us via email, phone or fax. All our products come with a minimum 3 year warranty.

Payment Plan
With our affordable payment plans you can have the best shears that you deserve!
Required minimum deposit of $150 (excluding shipping) with small repayments of $50 per week. Available to Australian residence, aged 18 years and over. Fee’s and charges apply. For full terms and conditions enquire via email.

Shipping and Delivery
We ship our products world wide using Australia Post. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days with shipping times within Australia estimated at between 3-7 business days and internationally within 20 business days, depending on your location.

Orders over $350 shipping is FREE 
Otherwise shipping costs are:
Australia $7 flat fee
Internationally $10 flat fee

Returns & Replacements
All you need to do is return your purchase in its original condition within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will gladly provide you a credit note to use at a later date, exchange your item for something more suitable or refund the full purchase price excluding postage.
